Debra Nardino

Debra, who grew up on the Mornington Peninsula, discovered her passion for horse riding at the young age of six. After completing her education, she pursued a career in track riding, quickly ascending the ranks. Over a 20-year period, she had the privilege of riding for several Group 1 winning trainers. As her career evolved, it was a natural progression for Debra to obtain her trainer's license, marking the next exciting chapter in her journey with horses.

Jak Nardino

Jak grew up in Gippsland with a passion for football and excelled in an elite environment, including being on the North Melbourne VFL list. Despite his success in football, Jak maintained a strong interest in the racing industry. In 2023, he decided to prioritize racing, forging a partnership with his mother Debra. To further his ambitions, Jak has aligned himself with G1-winning trainer Pat Carey and currently works part-time with the Pat Carey & Harris Walker partnership. Jak is eagerly anticipating for what the future holds.

Scott Callow

Scott graduated from Haileybury excelling in physics and chemistry while competing at a national level in Athletics.   Scott is dedicated to implementing innovative training methods that leverage sports science. By combining his extensive knowledge of equine research with his experience as a high-performing athlete, Scott is enthusiastic about merging horsemanship and science to enhance both performance and horse welfare.
